Jazz has been fined Rs. 30 million by PTA for poor service quality across Pakistan

Jazz has been recently fined Rs. 30 million by the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) for poor service quality in more than a half-dozen cities across Pakistan. Jazz was fined after failing to meet the Quality of Services Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in seven cities, according to the PTA. It’s worth noting that PTA conducted a QoS survey in December 2020, and Jazz was found to fall short of the basic service quality standards.
