This is the first Pakistani marketplace where we can purchase everything at huge discounted prices, but there were also some sellers who ruined daraz reputation by frauding their customers. so be aware of such kinds of sellers on the platform.

DON'T TRUST their official application. On 06th April 2022, I have recharged my account with 500 RS, created a custom bundle from the Jazz World application, and subscribed to the bundle, the application notified me that the bundle has been subscribed, I closed the application and started the service usually, make calls, use 4g service, next day 07th April 2022, when I was on a call with one of the colleagues my call cut off, and I have got a message of insufficient balance when I check my balance and bundle through the application, everything was every, I lodge a complaint to Jazz customer care on 07th April through the email. After 2 days, on 09th April, I got a reply from the customer representative that I have not subscribed for any bundle and my entire balance is consumed for internet usage and call. I responded to them that I had subscribed for an internet and call bundle. I shared screenshots of the application and SMS when I recharged my account. After multiple calls and emails, one of their representatives called me for the feedback on my complaint, and I told her the story, She asked me to share screenshots again over the Whatsapp, which I did, then she called me back after a few hours and told me that, the bundle I have subscribed, was not activated due to some error from their server end, later she said to me that I should have verified by sending SMS to check the status of the bundle even the application confirmed for bundle subscription, Furthermore, the company will not refund or resubscribe the bundle due to this error.

I financed a car through Faysal bank in March 2021, Faysal Bank did not share the Car insurance company with me and now i am facing issues with the claims of car insurance with that company. I have put request to change that insurance company let's see how and when faysal bank resolves this issue

Back in 2018, when TLP DHARNA was in progress and whole Karachi was locked their branches were closed. >> I went all 3 days to the nearest branch to pay my credit card bill but the branch was closed >> After 3 days there was weekend on which branch remain closed so I pay the bill on Monday right after the weekend >> They applied a penalty of PKR 2500/- against which I submitted complaint mentioning the whole scenario but they regret >> I paid the bill excluding the penalty and cut my credit card to end the service >> They kept applying penalties and take the bill to 14014/- and put my name in defaulter >> Still they are calling me repeatedly for which I am going to file the complaint with ombudsman KEEP AWAY FROM BANK ALFALAH

All-in-all amazing food. There may be some mix-ups with the orders sometimes but there is a lot going on inside the kitchens so I can understand.
